Billing & Insurance

We participate with most local insurance plans. Insurance plans vary in what they cover, based on the employers' requests.

If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance (including listing our physician as your child's PCP), we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

It is your responsibility to know the coverage your plan offers, including which services require a co-pay or deductible (for example, physicals for children 18 and over sometimes trigger a co-pay because they are considered an adult under some plans). Please remember that co-pays are due at the time services are rendered.
